The lobby door is usually open, however In the occasion that it may not be (weekends) please send a text message so that someone can come and get you. This is not the best area for parking, public transportation or taxi is recommended. Please come upstairs to the 4th floor and take a seat in the waiting area. We will be out to get you at your scheduled appointment time
Appointment Cancellation Policy
⏰ Late Arrivals
We understand that life happens, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate you. However, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled based on availability. This helps us honor the time of all clients and maintain the quality of your service.
❌ Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of your deposit.
After three (3) late cancellations, we will no longer be able to offer you services at Body Allures. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our time and schedule.
🚫 No-Show Policy
If you miss your appointment without any communication or attempt to reschedule, you will be charged the full cost of the service. A second no-show will result in a permanent block from booking future services with us.
💵 Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable, no exceptions.
